Your First Visit to Our Londonderry Practice

Upon entering our office for the first time you will be greeted as a guest. The staff at Parent Chiropractic Center are highly trained to help you with all of your questions. We know for most, their visit to PCC may be their very first to a chiropractic office. We don't take this lightly. We understand that there may be some apprehension. You should expect to have all of your questions in regards to filling out the initial forms answered. Once you've completed this step, one of our staff will take you on a tour of the office. You will be shown where everything is so you know your way around. 

You will then be brought to the exam room where you will be asked to watch a six minute video explaining the technology we use in our initial evaluation. One of the doctor's will then sit with you to discuss your health concerns. 

After that, one of the Technologists will perform the computerized tests needed. Although we provide shorts in the office, we've found that some people are more comfortable in their own clothes.  If that is the case we recommend you brings your own shorts or sweatpants with you. The clothes you bring must be free from any metal.  In most cases radio-graphs of the spine will then be taken. The last step of the procedure is to perform a digital foot scan. This will provide information to the doctor in regards to imbalances in the feet that may be shifting your body out of balance. The last step of the initial visit is to schedule the next visit, which we refer to as the "Report of Findings".

The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem.
